W. Keith Munsell has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, spanning various disciplines from lending to development. Currently, Keith is a faculty member at Boston University’s School of Management where he teaches several real estate courses at the graduate and undergraduate level. Keith is also a Senior Loan Officer at Leader Bank. He holds a CPM, a Construction Supervisor License and a Broker’s License. Keith has co-authored two books on construction management and sits on various community boards, including the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Real Estate Finance Association Board of Directors.

Attorney Pellegrini has over 18-years of experience in real estate, land use and zoning and has steadily grown his practice across the Northeast region including office locations in Bridgewater, Stoughton, and Westwood. A Boston location is planned for 2015.

Prior to starting his private practice in Bridgewater, Attorney Robert Pellegrini served as Senior Attorney for Cumberland Farms, Inc. and Gulf Oil, where he was primarily responsible for permitting and real estate, including site selection and acquisition, project team selection, schematic design, construction law, contracts, and related litigation. He has represented clients before the Architectural Access Board (ADA issues) and with respect to the Petroleum Marketers Act.

Pellegrini currently serves as a Corporator for Bridgewater Savings Bank, and is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) and the Bridgewater Business Association. Rob also remains an active contributor with the American Society of Civil Engineers (Boston and Southeastern MA) and with the Massachusetts Society of Professional Engineers, and most recently contributed to the May/June edition of Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine.

Pellegrini enjoys outdoor activities with his two sons, Sam and Max, that includes boating, fishing and hiking. He is also an avid blogger on real estate matters.
