Shaun is a Boston-based real estate attorney. W. Keith Munsell has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, spanning various disciplines from lending to development. Currently, Keith is a faculty member at Boston University’s School of Management where he teaches several real estate courses at the graduate and undergraduate level. Keith is also a Senior Loan Officer at Leader Bank. He holds a CPM, a Construction Supervisor License and a Broker’s License. Keith has co-authored two books on construction management and sits on various community boards, including the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Real Estate Finance Association Board of Directors.

Armed with an honors degree in Economics from Boston University, Bobby has been involved in real estate for over four years. Prior to joining the Boston Brokerage Group, Bobby spent time with several financial firms including Merrill Lynch and Robert W. Baird and with a real estate syndication group at RSM McGladry. His experience building syndication models in excel and analytical skills practiced at financial firms enable him to bring a very precise level of analysis to all real estate transactions. Additionally, Bobby is passionate about the environment and sustainable building practices and is Ecobroker and Ecosociate certified.
