  1. I had the opportunity to view the unit listed for $519,000 shortly after it was listed. It was disappointing to say the least. Although the kitchen was beautiful and well crafted, everything else was shoddy. The fixtures in the bathrooms were cheap and poorly integrated (I don’t know about you, but for a half a million dollars, I don’t want a plastic bathtub), the bedrooms are small and the walls are thin. The unit did however have a fantastic layout, and the fireplaced living room was a nice bonus. These units are vastly overpriced and I imagine they will continue to sit on the market until their owners get a little bit more realistic as to what they are actually worth.
