I have recently visited the Harborview with a client and they actually have a one bedroom + den unit for $2300. So it's very apparent that the prices have actually gone down and I truly think that Harborview is a great value for city living WITH parking!

There have been some updates to pricing. Currently, prices start around $3,000 for two-bedrooms and $3,400 for two-bedrooms with sub-zero refrigerators and top of the line appliances. I think that the Harborview units are less cookie cutter than most luxury apartments probably because they were originally built and designed with condo quality.

I recently visited Harborview and the least expensive two bedroom rental I saw was $2,900 for a limited number of cookie cutter no-frill units. Have there been updates to pricing since this blog post was written?
