		<description>&lt;p&gt;Actually, the unit at 52 Athens Street is one of the lower end units, if not the lowest.  Concrete floors (basic, not fancy), very basic cabinetry, entry level appliances etc....no frills whatsoever..but a great space.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
