Unlike the others we have seen recently (The 1850, Longwood, etc.) the minimum bid of $1.075M make it a whole other ball game! Especially, the fact that only 10 units will be up for auction as opposed to several units up for auction to sell out the building. I’m very curious to see the results of this auction.
